Plans, coupons & referrals
How SyncGaze pricing works, what each plan includes, and how to use coupons and referral rewards to bring the cost down.
How pricing works
- Per seat (mailbox). You pay for the number of mailboxes you need. Add or remove seats any time from the dashboard.
- Monthly or yearly. Yearly is billed once and works out cheaper per month.
- Storage is per mailbox and depends on the plan.
Current pricesThe exact prices and included features are always shown on the plan picker during business signup and in Dashboard → Billing.
Using a coupon
Have a discount code? Apply it where the price is shown.
- During signup — on the plan step there's a Coupon code field next to the seat count. Enter the code and the price updates before you pay.
- Existing account — apply eligible coupons at Dashboard → Billing when changing or renewing a plan.
- Full-discount coupons skip payment entirely — you go straight to phone verification and your account activates without a card.
| If you see… | What it means | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Coupon invalid or expired | The code is mistyped, used up, or past its date. | Check for typos (codes are not case-sensitive). If it's genuinely expired, contact whoever gave it to you. |
| Coupon not valid for this plan / seat count | Some coupons only apply to certain plans or a seat range. | Adjust the plan or number of seats to match the coupon's terms. |
Referrals
Invite others and earn rewards. Your unique referral code is in Account → Referrals. When someone signs up for a paid plan using your code, the referral is credited to you.
- Share your code or referral link from the Referrals page.
- New customers enter it in the Referral code field during signup.
- Track pending and completed referrals on the same page.
Change plan or add seats
Everything billing-related lives in Dashboard → Billing: upgrade or downgrade, add or remove seats, buy add-on mailboxes, see invoices and update payment details. Seat and plan changes are prorated against your current period.
