Add other admins to help run the account, and make SyncGaze look like your company with your logo and colour.
Team & roles
Under Team you can invite other people to help administer the tenant, and set what they can do. Give someone admin rights so they can manage domains, mailboxes and billing; remove access when they leave.
- Invite — send an invite to an email address; they accept and set a password.
- Roles — control what each admin can manage.
- Remove — revoke admin access at any time.
Admins vs mailbox usersAn admin manages the organisation in the dashboard. A mailbox user just uses their email in Mail. Adding a team admin doesn't use a mailbox seat unless you also give them a mailbox.
Brand
Under Brand (or Settings → Brand) you can set your company logo and brand colour. These appear across the dashboard and webmail for your organisation, so it feels like your own product. The colour is applied instantly on the next page load.
Signatures & disclaimers
Set a company-wide signature template and an optional legal disclaimer that's added to outgoing mail — handy for consistent branding and compliance footers across the whole team.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| An invited admin can't sign in | Invite not accepted, or wrong email. | Re-send the invite to the correct address; they set a password on accepting. |
| Brand colour/logo didn't change | Page was cached. | Reload the page — brand changes apply on next load. |
| Signature/disclaimer not appearing | Template not enabled, or applies to a different scope. | Check the signature/disclaimer is turned on and targets the right mailboxes. |
