Getting started
Log in
One SyncGaze account signs you in to every app — Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Forms and the admin dashboard. Sign in once and you're in all of them.
Where to sign in
Go to any app — for example https://mail.syncgaze.in — and you'll be sent to the sign-in page at https://auth.syncgaze.in if you're not already signed in. Enter your email and password.
Signed in everywhere
- Your session is shared across all
syncgaze.inapps, so you won't be asked to log in again as you move between them. - If you've turned on two-factor, you'll enter your code after your password.
- Signing out of one app signs you out everywhere.
Using more than one account
From the profile menu (top-right of any app) choose Add another account to sign in to a second mailbox, then switch between them from the same menu.
Can't sign in?
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Forgot your password | Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page — see Forgot password. |
| “Too many attempts” | Repeated failures block sign-in briefly. Wait a few minutes, or reset your password. |
| Lost your 2FA device | Use a backup code at the prompt, or see Account recovery. |
