Signatures & auto-reply

Add a sign-off to the bottom of your emails automatically, and set an out-of-office reply for when you're away.

Create a signature

  • Open Settings → Signature and add a new signature — name, title, phone, links, anything you like.
  • Set one as your default so it's added to new messages automatically.
  • Have more than one? Keep separate signatures (e.g. formal vs short) and pick one while composing.

Auto-reply / out-of-office

Turn on an automatic reply from Settings → Forwarding / auto-reply so anyone who writes while you're away gets a response with your message and dates.
