Sign in at https://mail.syncgaze.in with the same credentials you use for your SyncGaze account. Once signed in you'll land in your Inbox where you can read, compose and manage email.
Use the IMAP and SMTP settings on the Connect Outlook / Thunderbird guide. Your exact server details are also shown in the webmail under Connections.
The Free plan includes webmail access (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam), basic contacts & labels, and IMAP/SMTP connections. Premium features like API access, custom aliases, auto-reply rules and advanced filters require a paid plan — see Billing & plans.
  • Check that you're in the correct folder (Inbox, All Mail, etc.).
  • Look in Spam — some messages may have been filtered automatically.
  • Make sure your mailbox quota isn't full (shown on the sidebar plan badge).
  • If it persists, contact support using the buttons below.
In the webmail, open Settings → Aliases. Premium users can add up to 5 aliases. Each alias receives mail and can be used as a "From" address.
All connections to SyncGaze use TLS encryption. Email is encrypted in transit between mail servers when the receiving server supports TLS (opportunistic TLS). Stored mailbox data is protected with disk encryption and access controls.
Open API Access and click "Create Token". Choose the scopes you need (IMAP, SMTP, CardDAV) and an expiry. The token is shown once — copy it immediately. See the Developer API reference for usage. Requires a Premium plan.
Open Settings → Forwarding, enter the destination address, and choose whether to keep a copy in your mailbox. Requires a Premium plan.
