Forgot password

Can't sign in? Reset your password from the sign-in page — you'll get a code, then set a new one.

Reset your password

  • On the sign-in page at https://auth.syncgaze.in, choose Forgot password.
  • Enter your account email; we send a reset code.
  • Enter the code and set a new password. You're signed straight in.

Password rules

Pick something new and strong: at least 8 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number and a symbol.

Using two-factor?After the reset you'll still be asked for your 2FA code. If you've also lost that device, use a backup code — or see Account recovery.
