Forgot password

Can't sign in? Reset your password from the sign-in page: you'll get a code on WhatsApp, then set a new one.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page at https://auth.syncgaze.in, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter your account email and click Continue. We send a code to the WhatsApp number on your account.
3. Type the code and click Verify.
4. Choose a new password, type it again and click Reset Password. Then click Sign in and use the new password.

Starting a password reset.

1. 1Email address: the address you sign in with.
2. 2Continue: sends a reset code so you can choose a new password.

Step 2: the code from WhatsApp.

1. 1Sent to: the WhatsApp number the code went to (partly hidden).
2. 2Verification Code: the 6 digits from WhatsApp.
3. 3Verify: becomes active once the code is complete.
4. 4Lost access to this number?: try another way, such as a verified recovery email.

Password rules

Pick something new and strong: at least 8 characters with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number and a symbol. It can't contain the name part of your email address.

Step 3: your new password.

1. 1New Password: follows the rules above; the eye icon shows what you typed.
2. 2Confirm Password: the same password again.
3. 3Reset Password: saves it. Then sign in with the new password.
