Quiz mode

Turn any form into a graded quiz — mark the correct answers, assign points, and let respondents see how they did.

Turn it on

In a form's settings, switch on quiz mode. Each question gains a correct-answer and points setting.

Set answers & points

• Open each question and mark its correct answer.
• Give it a point value — questions can be worth different amounts.
• Choose whether respondents see their score right after submitting.

You get the results per person in the Responses tab — handy for tests and assessments.
