Manage your account & billing

Your personal settings live at account.syncgaze.in — profile, security, sign-in sessions, invoices, storage and referrals. Open it from the profile menu (top-right of any app) → Profile.

Profile

Set your display name, photo, timezone and light/dark preference. Your timezone controls how dates and times appear across every app, and the theme follows you everywhere.

Security & 2FA

Under Security you can change your password and turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for a stronger login.

  • Password — 8+ characters with upper, lower, a number and a symbol.
  • Two-factor — choose an authenticator app (TOTP) or WhatsApp codes. Save your backup codes somewhere safe when you enable it.
  • Security questions — an extra recovery option if you're ever locked out.

Keep your backup codesIf you lose your phone and don't have a backup code, recovery takes longer. Store the codes when you turn on 2FA.

Sign-in sessions

Sessions lists every device and browser you're signed in on, with location and last-active time. If you see something you don't recognise, revoke it — that signs that device out immediately. You can also sign out everywhere at once.

Billing & invoices

Business customers manage the subscription in Dashboard → Billing: change plan, add or remove seats, buy add-on mailboxes, download invoices and update payment details. Personal (free) mailboxes have nothing to pay.

  • Invoices — every payment has a downloadable invoice.
  • Seats — add seats before creating more mailboxes; changes are prorated.
  • Renewals — yearly plans renew once a year; you'll get a reminder before it's charged.

Storage

Storage shows how much space you're using across mail and the workspace apps. Emptying Trash and removing large attachments frees it up; admins can raise a mailbox's limit within the plan.

Referrals

Your referral code and link are under Referrals. Share it — when someone signs up for a paid plan with your code, the referral is credited to you. See the plans & referrals guide for how rewards work.

If you're locked out

ProblemWhat to do
Forgot your passwordOn the login page choose Forgot password. You'll get a reset code, then set a new password.
Lost your 2FA deviceUse a backup code at the 2FA prompt. No codes left? Contact support to verify your identity and reset 2FA.
“Too many attempts” on loginRepeated failures temporarily block the attempt. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
Signed out unexpectedlyA session may have expired or been revoked. Sign in again; if it keeps happening, check Sessions for a device you don't recognise.
