Verify your account
Right after you sign up we send a 6-digit code to your phone over WhatsApp. Entering it confirms your number, creates your mailbox and signs you straight in.
Where the code comes from
The code arrives as a WhatsApp message — not SMS. The number you signed up with must have WhatsApp installed. It's a 6-digit code and it's valid for a few minutes.
Enter the code
- Type the 6 digits on the verification screen and choose Verify / Create my mailbox.
- Your inbox opens at
https://mail.syncgaze.inwith a welcome email waiting.
Didn't get the code?
| If you see… | What it means | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| No WhatsApp message | Delivery delay, or the number has no WhatsApp. | Wait ~30 seconds and tap Resend. Codes go to WhatsApp, not SMS. |
| Invalid verification code | The digits don't match. | Re-type carefully. After 5 wrong tries you'll need to start again. |
| Session expired. Please start again | Too much time passed. | Restart the signup — it only takes a minute. |
