Verify your account

Right after you sign up we send a 6-digit code to your phone over WhatsApp. Entering it confirms your number, creates your mailbox and signs you straight in.

Where the code comes from

The code arrives as a WhatsApp message, not SMS. The number you signed up with must have WhatsApp installed. It's a 6-digit code and it's valid for a few minutes.

1. After you continue from the sign-up form, the screen shows the WhatsApp number the code was sent to (partly hidden).
2. Open WhatsApp on that phone and find the message with your 6-digit code.
3. If nothing arrives within a minute, click Resend code.

Enter the code

1. Type the 6 digits from WhatsApp into Verification code. The form submits by itself once all 6 are in.
2. Or click Verify & Create Account.
3. Your inbox opens at https://mail.syncgaze.in with a welcome email waiting.

Didn't get the code?

If the code is wrong, a red message appears under the box. Check the digits, or ask for a new code.

A code that didn't match.

2. 2Invalid verification code: the digits don't match the code we sent.
3. 3Resend code: get a fresh code if the old one has expired.
