Mail
Spam & the AI checker
Suspected junk is caught automatically and moved to Spam before it reaches your inbox. When it gets something wrong, a couple of clicks teaches it.
How it works
Incoming mail is scored by SyncGaze's spam checker, which combines standard sender/authentication checks with an AI model trained on junk patterns. Anything that looks like spam lands in the Spam folder.

Fix a mistake
- Good mail in Spam? Open it and choose Not spam — it moves back to your Inbox and the filter learns from it.
- Junk in your Inbox? Select it and choose Mark as spam so similar mail is caught next time.
Trash & storage
Deleted mail goes to Trash. Emptying Trash removes it for good and frees up storage. Spam is cleared out automatically after a while.
Admins get more controlOn a business plan, tenant admins can tune quarantine and spam policy for the whole organisation — see Quarantine & security.
