Create a free personal mailbox
A free email address at @gzora.com — just for you. No payment, no domain, no card. All you need is a phone with WhatsApp. It takes about two minutes.
Free vs businessA free mailbox is webmail only — you read and send mail in the browser at mail.syncgaze.in. If you need email at your own company domain, or want to use Outlook/Thunderbird, that's business onboarding instead.
Step 1. Choose your address
Pick a username, add your phone number and a password. Your address will be yourname@gzora.com.

- 1Username — at least 3 characters; letters, numbers, dots and underscores only. The domain is fixed to
@gzora.com. - 2Phone — must have WhatsApp; that's where your code arrives. Each number can be used for one free account.
- 3Send verification code — we message a 6-digit code to your WhatsApp.

| Public mail must use @gzora.com | You typed a different domain. | Enter just a username — the address is always @gzora.com on the free plan. |
| Username must be at least 3 characters | Too short. | Choose a longer username (letters, numbers, dots, underscores). |
| This email is already registered | That username is taken. | Try another username or add a dot/number. |
| This phone number is already registered | A free account already uses that number. | Sign in to that account, or use a different number. |
Step 2. Verify & you're in
Enter the 6-digit code from WhatsApp. That confirms your number, creates your mailbox and signs you straight in.

- 1Enter the 6 digits from WhatsApp. If it doesn't arrive in 30 seconds, use Resend.
- 2Create my mailbox — your inbox opens at
mail.syncgaze.in, and a welcome email is waiting.
| If you see… | What it means | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| No WhatsApp message | Delivery delay, or the number has no WhatsApp. | Wait 30 seconds and tap Resend. Codes go to WhatsApp, not SMS. |
| Invalid verification code | Digits don't match. | Re-type carefully. After 5 wrong tries you'll need to start again. |
| Session expired. Please start again | Too much time passed. | Start the signup again — it only takes a minute. |
