Use your mailbox in Outlook, Thunderbird & Apple Mail

Prefer a desktop or phone email app? Connect it to SyncGaze with IMAP (to read mail) and SMTP (to send). Below are the exact settings, then step-by-step for each app.

Free mailboxes are webmail onlyIMAP/SMTP is available on business plans. On a free @gzora.com mailbox, use the webmail at mail.syncgaze.in — external apps won't connect. Upgrade any time to enable it.

The settings

Use these anywhere an app asks for server details. Your username is your full email address, and the password is your mailbox password (the one set when the mailbox was created — a tenant admin can reset it in the dashboard).

Your exact IMAP/SMTP details are also shown under Connections in the webmail.

Incoming — IMAP

Server: imap.syncgaze.in Port: 993 Security: SSL / TLS Username: you@yourcompany.com Password: your mailbox password

Outgoing — SMTP

Server: smtp.syncgaze.in Port: 587 Security: STARTTLS Username: you@yourcompany.com Password: your mailbox password

  2. Enter your full email address and choose Advanced setup → IMAP when prompted.
  3. Fill in the IMAP and SMTP servers from above exactly, including ports and security.
